Progressive Looks to Hire 10,000 People in 2019
With the trends of more and more drivers come out to the roads it’s inevitable that the insurance companies will also be growing alongside them. So as these insurance companies grow, so will the team they need to support the growth. Progressive Insurance is one of the bigger companies in the insurance space today and as they grow they’re expecting to hire more than 10,000 people in the coming year of 2019 to support the growth of the company. The positions are looking to hire for consist primarily of IT, analyst roles, customer care, and claims. Of course, these aren’t just the only rules are hiring for but these rules are for the core function to the company’s success.
Growth is inevitable Progressive Insurance. It has been reported that the Ohio-based company has reported the growth of over 50% in the last three years currently sitting at 30 billion dollars in revenue for the year 2018.

Progressive Insurance is looking to increase its Workforce throughout its campuses. Although their main focus is our larger based Progressive Insurance workplace across the United States. These positions carry many different responsibilities where agents will be able to work from home for inbound sales at select locations.
